Description

Templar is a braggot, meaning that it is a fermentation of malt and honey, with honey remaining the primary source of sugar. Hops is added after fermentation (dry-hopping). The result is a hearty brew with a slightly bitter edge, reminiscent of a slightly sweet stout with a very full body. Incredibly moreish, this is a drink for tavern songs and good food. Just be sure to serve it in cups and goblets rather than tankards or steins, lest the Templar lay you low.

Apothecary Mead is a very small mead producer based in Nottinghamshire. All of their meads are made in very small batches using British honey, and their fondness for eldritch styles is only exceeded by their skill in concocting elaborate and complex flavours.
