Description

Celestial Orchard is a self-proclaimed “toffee apple” mead. Brewed with honey, apple juice and spiced with cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and cloves, this warming mead is not as heavy as one might think. Mildly tangy apple flavours dominate, with notes of spice and honey dancing around the edges. A definite candidate for being served warm, but beware the percentage. 10% may be light for a mead, but this is no mere apple juice.

Arcane Alchemist is a (very) small Hampshire meadery that sprang out of the 2020 lockdowns. Playful and inquisitive, their range stretches from tried and tested classics to experimental insanity, all sealed beneath fun and colourful labels. Using locally sourced honey and ingredients, their meads have clean, bold flavours without being excessively sweet.
