Description

Inspired by the Cosmopolitan and brewed as a toast to diversity, the Cosmo mead has been brewed with orange, lime, cranberry and rosehips. The flavour starts with a bold citrussy flavour and aroma, with the lime coming through quite strong, giving the mead a sharper (but not bitter) edge to it. The orange and cranberry linger slightly longer, providing a rounder, fruitier finish. The honey takes a back seat in this flavourful medium-sweet mead.

Arcane Alchemist is a (very) small Hampshire meadery that sprang out of the 2020 lockdowns. Playful and inquisitive, their range stretches from tried and tested classics to experimental insanity, all sealed beneath fun and colourful labels. Using locally sourced honey and ingredients, their meads have clean, bold flavours without being excessively sweet.
