Paradise Garage Brewing in Sheffield is a new and modern meadery, where good mead is enjoyed with good music. Not ones to be bogged down by old norms and dusty traditions, their meads are inventive and sometimes unexpected, and are named as tributes to great music venues of times past.

AM/PM is a curious creature; fermented with mascerated plums and subsequently infused with Lapsang Souchong (pine-smoked tea) from the Black Prism Tea Company, this mead blasts your senses with a campfire smell before your glass even reaches your lips. Once sipped, the initial smooth smoky notes fade into a rich fruity mix of sweetness and tannins.

Sweet, smoky and mellow, this mead is best served in a tumbler with a couple of ice cubes. Smell… sip… exhale.
